Recommended for use in steel mills, thermal plants and heavy engineering industries for conveying saturated steam at a specified pressure.

     
 

Application :
For conveying alunm loquor, caustic soda, lime solution, methyle alocohol, ethyl alochol, butyl alcohol, zinc choride , isobutanol, hydrochloric acid, dimethyl sulphate, dilute sulphuric acid, carbon disulphate and ohter chemicals in fertklizer and process industries.

Consturction :
- Synthetic rubber tube.
- Textile reinforcement between the layers.
- Arbrasion, heat, acid, basenm, chemical and weather    resistant special synthetic rubber cover.

 
Technical Specifications

Construction Tube : Black or White smooth compound based on EPMD, Hypalon, Chloroprene, Acrylonitrile, Butyl, SBR Natural or a blend thereof depending on the liquid for which the hose is to be employed.

Reinforcement : Plies of Rubberised woven textile with or without wire helix.

Cover : Smooth or corrugated synthetic or natural rubber or a blend thereof.

Temperature range : -40° F Upto 248° F
