Made from the best quality compounds, Evershine Hoses are suitable for conveying hot water at a temperature below 100 C and at a pressure upto 15 Bar (200 PSI) in locomotives, steel mills and other industrial establishments of similar nature.
For general constructor work, engineering industries, garages, shipyards, workshops,foundries, steel mills,irrigation projects and a wide range of applications for both air and water.

Technical Specifications
CONSTRUCTION LINING: Blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound, smooth in bore reasonably uniform in thickness, resistant to effect.
REINFORCEMENT: Synthetic yarn braided of rubbersied woven fabric, natural or synthetic or combination thereof.
COVER: Smooth, fluted or cloth-marked finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: Upto 212F
LENGTH: The Hose above 25MM sizes are mostly available in 20 Mtrs and made on Mandrel. Moulded braided hoses in continuous lengths.
COLOR: Black or as per buyer requirement.
SAFETY FACTOR:1 :3 (W.P 200/300 PSI : B.P 600/900 PSI) or 1:4 (W.P 200 PSI : B.P 800 PSI)

Car Washing Hose

Type 3A :- is used for delivery of water for sprayers and sprinklers for irrigation system and other industries.
Type 3B :- Car Washing Hose is used for delivery of water at high pressure for car washing in garages & service stations.
For washing of motor vehicles at service stations.

CONSTRUCTION LINING: Uniform seamless lining made from a blend of natural and synthetic rubber compound.
REINFORCEMENT: Plies of woven textile or Braiding of high strength synthetic fiber.
COVER: Black Cloth Marked finish of weather and abrasion resistant rubber cover for lasting performance while use under severe working conditions. In addition, for 3-B, the cover is highly resistant to oil & weather.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: - 40° F to + 158°F
LENGTH: Moulded braided hoses in continuous lengths and Mandrel Made hose 20 Mtr.
COLOR: Black or as per buyer requirement.
